Conditions of membership(Required) Upon agreement to become a member your organisation will be listed in Appendix A of the Whakaraupō Recreation Incorporated Constitution (WRI). As a principle of membership your organisation will be treated as completely sovereign, and agreements reached between your organisation and WRI (for any action that impacts either organisation) will be identified via a Memorandum of Understanding (and or other legal documentation).
By becoming a member, you allow WRI to promote this fact in any public setting and you empower WRI to work on your behalf within the context of its constitutional objects. As a condition of membership, you will be required to comply with the General Member rule which states:
A General Member must provide evidence that they have sought and gained agreement of 70% of their members (who are present) at a special meeting according to their rules within 12 months of applying for (and being accepted for) membership of Whakaraupō Recreation Incorporated.
